A: The ResMania Core framework includes the CMS extensions for Joomla! and Drupal. Each Purchase of the Core framework includes a registration key that provides access to download, obtain updates and get support for 1 production (live) and 1 development (test) website/s. |

Q: Can I change or amend any of the registered domains at a later time? |

A:Unfortunately not. When you purchase the ResMania core you are purchasing the opportunity to register, download, get updates and support on the two domains you install ResMania onto. If you need to change your registered domains, you simply need to re-purchase the ResMania core which will provide a further two allowable registered domains. |

Q: Are there any restrictions to the number of rental units I can add? |

A: From version 1.2 there is no restrictions to the number of units or any other part of the application. |

Q: Are there any hosting providers that you don’t support/recommend? |

A: ResMania is a business application, designed for dedicated servers and business class hosting. There are many hosting providers that support ResMania and many that do not, due to their nature of providing mass hosting at cut prices, the quality provided is not adequate to satisfy the ResMania recommended specification. Therefore, we do not recommend the following hosting providers : 1&1, GoDaddy, Siteground. |

Q: Are there any hosting providers that you do recommend? |

A: goCloudHost.net is built specifically for business hosting and ResMania optimised. |

Q: Is ResMania encrypted or closed source? |

A: Not at all from version 1.2 ResMania is 100% open-source and released under the GNU/GPLv3 license terms. |

Q: Can I get some minor changes made to the way the product works? |

A: Yes, you can either purchase a support incident which will provide 1.5 hours or development time or from your ResMania.com dashboard click on the link to get a quote for custom work. |

A: Unfortunately not right now, we are keeping the costs low in-order to pass these savings to you. |

Q: Does ResMania make any calls home? |

A: No, however access to our download server is restricted to customers with a valid license key this key is passed to our server and logged against your installed domain name. |

Q: What about my privacy? What do you guys do with my data? |

A: We do retain a customer account with your details and purchase history. We record your registered domains, and we use your email to contact you (if you've opted into our mailing lists). We do not store credit card details or any sensitive data about you or your ResMania installation. |
