Categories Module

Categorises units so that customers can filter or search by category. This module allows unlimited depth categories to be defined, and for units to be allocated to multiple categories. Once categories are defined and units are assigned to them, this module will add a Categories selection to the Advanced Search.

Extras Module

Lets the administrator define optional extras that can be selected on the summary page of the reservation process. One such example is "breakfast" which could be chosen and booked as part of the reservation.

Form Designer Module

Allows the administrator to enable, disable, reorganise or define advanced page options. With zero coding users can change page layout and switch page elements on or off.

Locations Module

Enables location information to be defined for units such as the address, co-coordinates and directions.

GMaps Plugin

Extends the Locations Module and adds Google Maps functionality to the Unit Location.

Unit Type Manager Module

Provides a controlling mechanism to allow the system to handle different types of rental units. The Unit Type Manager is extended by adding Unit Type Plugins, which provide the unit specific configuration (such as the property and vehicle plugins).

Property Type Plugin

Provides property specific functionality to the Unit Type Manager Module.

Payments Module

Provides a payment handling and payment plugin framework.

PayPal Plugin

Extends the functionality of the Payments module by adding support for PayPal Standard Payments. This payment plugin allows the administrator to accept payments instantly just by adding your PayPal account.

Pay Later Plugin

Extends the functionality of the Payments module and enables customers to save their reservations. This plugin can be useful for testing and as a method of completing a reservation without making a payment.

Daily Price Module

Allows the administator to define prices for days (nights), and/or mid-week days (nights), weekend days (nights), weekly and monthly periods.

Taxes Plugin

Lets the administrator define and enforce basic tax calculations to prices.

SEF Module

Provides SEF functionality and framework. This module has to be extended by CMS specific plugins (such as the ResMania JoomlaSEF plugin) to allow full native SEF compatibility.

Notification Module

Provides notification engine for sending emails and alerts.

English Language Pack

English (GB) language pack included with translation for all base modules and plugins.

French Language Pack

French (FR) language pack included with translation for all base modules and plugins.

Authorize.net Plugin

This plugin extends the payments module and adds the authorize.net payment option. With onsite credit card processing and preauthorize for transactions, it's the ideal payment provider for rentals of any kind (only available in USA).

Amenities Module

Allows administrators to detail rental features and facilities for visitors in a graphical manner.

Checkout Finland Plugin

The CheckoutFI Plugin (Checkout Finish) provides payment processing for Checkout Finland (checkout.fi).

Coupons Plugin

This plugin extends the price system and adds a coupon interface allowing the administrator to create coupons, assign to a date period and units, and define rules for when the coupon can be applied.

Deposit Plugin

This plugin extends the payments module and adds the deposit option to a user's reservation. It also adds an administrator interface for assigning a deposit amount (percentage or fixed).

Discounts Plugin

This plugin extends the price system and adds a plugin interface allowing the administrator to create discounts, assign to a date period and/or to units, and define rules for when the discount should be applied.

Enhanced Calendar Module

Provides a rich selectable and configurable front-end calendar that can be used to view unit availability or make a date selection.

eWay Payment Plugin

Provides payment processing from eWay payments (Australia).

Groups Module

Allows units to be combined to one virtual unit or group. The master unit is used as a template unit for displaying unit information, pricing and images. Sub unit items assigned to the group are used to hold reservations.

Hourly Prices Module

Allows the administrator to add hourly prices and to offer alternative rates for reservations over 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours (1 day), and 168hours (1 week) and also the option of a different weekend hourly flat rate.

Hospitality Prices Module

Add Unit Price schemes that allow pricing based on number of people (adults, children, infants) and the accommodation board type (self catering, B&B, half board, full board, all inclusive). Allows administrators to define prices for period increments in days, weekly or weekends periods. (This module functions only with the Hopitatliy Type Plugin.)

Hospitality Type Plugin

Adds new page forms and refinements for the Hospitality Price Module such as displaying the number of people a unit can cater for and accommodation types. (This plugin funtions only with the Hopitatliy Prices Module. )

HSBC Payment Plugin

The HSBC payment plugin provides onsite real-time processing of credit/debit card payments using HSBC merchant services (UK Only).

Insurances Module

Adds a basic insurance function, allowing the system to define global insurance options (optional or compulsory) which are presented during the reservation process.

Joomla SEF Plugin

This plugin pack provides access to the Joomla SEF plugins for Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.6/1.7. This plugin extends the base SEF Module and adds support for Joomla native SEF.

Linkout Module

This module provides an easy way to link to other third-party applications or scripts. It places a link with a selection of pre-defined button images into the module-tray, or you can define your own button image. There are also new form-designer panels that can be added to the units list and details page. Common parameters are passed in the URL string such as start/end selection and unit information.

My Reservations Module

When installed allows customers to manage, view, cancel, view map, pay balance and add a note to the reservation for their own reservations.

Price Bands Module

This is the ability to define bands (i.e.: 0 to 5 days / 6 to 10 days / 11 to 14 days etc...) then associate daily prices to these bands. Unit pricing can be based on per unit or per person. This module is ideal for vehicle rentals.

Pickup Dropoff Module

The Pick-up/Drop-off module allows vehicle rental operators to define vehicle pick-up (collection) and drop-off (return) locations, including charging rules and location addresses.

Option Type Plugin

This is a special unit type for allowing cross-selling of units. By associating an 'Option Type' unit with a main unit, clients are presented with the option of reserving this additional 'unit' (item, service etc). (Option Type Units are only visible via the main units with which they have been associated.)

Reports Module

Adds a reporting engine to ResMania with several basic reports including: Unit Performance Chart, Unit Reservations Chart, System Statistics and Mailing List.

User GMaps

This plugin extends the location module and adds Google Maps to the user properties interface, allowing site visitors to view locations on a Google Map.

Video Module

This module lets users assign a YouTube, Vimeo or DailyMotion video feed to a unit. It adds a tab to the unit to add the video embed code and, on the front end, adds a video icon to the unit list and unit details pages.

Vehicle Plugin

This unit type plugin adds vehicle related forms and pages to ResMania, allowing the unit article to be defined for a car/van or any other vehicle.
